Frequently asked questions

Email marketing is the direct sending of messages to collected contact lists. It is one of the cheapest channels for maintaining customer relationships, announcing promotions, and re-engaging visitors who did not convert.

The cost depends on list size and the tool you use. The sending platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) ranges from 0 to several hundred EUR per month. Campaign management is billed separately based on scope.

Lists are built with website forms, popup windows, contests, and discount offers for sign-ups. Purchased lists are not allowed under GDPR and are ineffective - the list must be built organically.

The e-commerce average is 20-30%. If your open rate is below 15%, check list quality, subject lines, and send timing. Regular cleaning of inactive contacts improves performance.

Email marketing works great for: abandoned cart reminders (average 15-20% recovery), holiday promotions, loyalty programs, and post-purchase communication (up-sell, cross-sell).
