Frequently Asked Questions

What is CRO and how does it differ from SEO?

SEO brings visitors to your site, CRO ensures that as many of those visitors as possible actually buy. CRO analyzes visitor behavior and optimizes page elements (buttons, forms, pricing display) to increase the percentage of purchases.

What is A/B testing and why is it key to CRO?

A/B testing means showing two versions of the same page to two groups of visitors simultaneously - for example, a different button label or a different price display. Based on actual data (not guesswork), we choose the version that drives more purchases and implement it permanently.

How do you know what needs to be optimized?

We drive optimization with data - we analyze heatmaps, recorded visitor behavior, the purchase flow, and cart abandonment rates. Findings are the basis for concrete changes, not guesswork.

How much conversion improvement can I expect?

Online stores with an average conversion rate of 1-2% often have 3-5 simple barriers that can be removed quickly. Even small changes to CTAs, trust elements, or the checkout process often bring 20-50% improvement.

How long does a CRO project take?

Initial analysis and first changes are ready within 2-4 weeks. Ongoing optimization runs in cycles - measure, test, improve. The best results come from a long-term approach.
