Kakšni so mesečni stroški spletne trgovine?

Paketi trgovin so vsi brez obveznega mesečnega vzdrževanja. Vsa dodatna dela in prilagodljivosti se obračunajo po porabljenem času ali po ceni dodatnega modula. Cene dodatnih funkcionalnosti imamo objavljene na spletni strani. Tako je strošek odvisen od obsega aktivnosti na trgovini, nekatere stranke imajo mesečno kakšne zahteve po izboljšavah, nekatere pa le na vsakih nekaj mesecev.
Strošek, ki je za trgovino obvezen, je za gostovanje spletne trgovine (cca. 15 €/mesec) in za domeno trgovine (cca. 12 €/leto).
Kolikšen je strošek dodatnega razvoja funkcionalnosti ali sprememb na trgovini?

Če imate dodatne želje ali potrebe po spremembah na spletni trgovini, se delo na trgovini obračuna po porabljenem času na minuto natančno. Ura podpore (programiranje, oblikovanje, ...) znaša 60 € + DDV, z dodatnimi popusti pri večjem obsegu porabljenih ur dela.
Imate na voljo tehnično podporo v primeru, da pride do težav?

Seveda, in do sedaj smo delali že na več kot 200 različnih trgovinah, saj nudimo podporo tudi trgovinam drugih izvajalcev. Podporo nudimo že več kot 10 let in smo uspešno rešili že več kot 4.000 zahtevkov.
Sistem podpore je na voljo na posebnem emailu, ki zabeleži zahtevek v poseben sistem za nudenje podpore, kjer imamo vsi pregled nad delom in porabljenim časom. Za podporo izdajamo račune enkrat mesečno za obdobje preteklega meseca.
Ali dobimo popolno dostop do trgovine?

Seveda, trgovine nikoli ne omejujemo in ne zaklepamo funkcionalnosti. Do trgovine dobite popoln dostop – tako do administracije kot do datotek in baze trgovine. Zato lahko v primeru, če z našim delom slučajno ne bi bili zadovoljni, delo brez težav prevzame drug izvajalec.
