You submit a request by email to support@degriz.net and receive a confirmation of receipt. Once we resolve the issue, you get a final response. We transparently log all time spent on your client card and bill it once a month for the previous month - with no mandatory monthly retainer. Critical issues that stop your store are handled first.

What platforms do you provide technical support for?

We provide support for Magento (1 and 2), WordPress with WooCommerce, and Shopify. For each platform we have dedicated expertise and our own solutions.

How is technical support billed?

Based on time spent, billed once a month for the previous month. No mandatory monthly retainer - you only pay for the work done.

How quickly do you respond to a request?

We aim to respond within the same business day. Critical issues that stop the store are handled first.

Do you support sites you did not build?

Yes - most of our clients come to us from elsewhere. Before we start, we run a health check and inform you of any existing issues.
