Are you already using common channels like Google Adwords, Facebook, email marketing, and optimization, but would like to improve the conversion rate of your online store?
Read below for 7 ways that can help you achieve your goals.
Dynamic remarketing on Facebook
Convincing someone who already knows you to make a purchase is much easier than convincing someone who hasn't even heard of you. This is common knowledge, and I am sure there is no (successful) online store that does not have remarketing in place. For successful remarketing, a general ad is not enough; it must be as relevant as possible to the customer. Facebook Dynamic Ads allow us to show customers exactly the products they have already viewed in the online store or left in the cart without completing the purchase.

Video content on Facebook
In an era when Facebook is saturated from all sides, it is hard to find a way to remain noticeable. Even a quick glance at posts will quickly lead us to a video. According to analyses, videos have 135% better organic reach than photo posts. Take the opportunity to present your products through video. Make sure to always upload the video directly to Facebook, as you will have a much better reach than if you just share a link from YouTube.
Product images
Have you heard the phrase: "A picture is worth more than 1000 sales words?" Quality photos are now a prerequisite for a good product presentation. However, excellent photos alone will not make you stand out. Ensure that you enrich your products with additional photos – products in the environment, in use, in combination with other products, etc. Also, ask your customers to send you photos with the products. This is a simple approach that shows potential buyers that many customers have already decided to purchase and that the product is worth buying.
Automated email for abandoned cart
Have you found that a large percentage of users left the website at the cart? It is important to investigate and find out the reasons as soon as possible and address them. There can be many reasons, but we often overlook the most ordinary ones – perhaps the customer did not complete the purchase because they were interrupted by a crying child or an unexpected visit from the boss. Set up an automated system (the Magento system allows you to do this with just a few clicks) in which you prompt the customer to complete the purchase. According to analyses, the best results come from 3 consecutive emails (within 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 48 hours from the abandoned cart). In the email content, offer some incentive to persuade the visitor to complete the purchase.

Content related to products
Are you selling mattresses and don't know how to attract new customers? Write an article with tips for better sleep. Maybe you sell natural cosmetics? Educate visitors about the benefits of natural cosmetics and add links to the cosmetics you offer in the article. If your online store allows you to add products under the article, do it as soon as possible. There is a much higher chance of converting a visitor into a buyer if you also provide them with some knowledge. Undoubtedly, articles are also excellent content for sharing on social networks.
SMS marketing
If you think about how many email messages you delete without looking at them, this certainly does not apply to SMS messages. If you have customers' phone numbers, send them SMS messages about promotions and benefits you have prepared. Do not overdo it with SMS (once a month is enough) and always provide an option to unsubscribe.
Push notifications
Push notifications are short messages that we (usually unknowingly) confirm by visiting websites. We then receive notifications on our phone, computer, or tablet, depending on which device we signed up on. Many merchants are put off, thinking they are too intrusive for visitors, but if we choose the right content and do not overdo it with sales, push notifications can be an excellent tool to constantly remind visitors of us and slowly convert them into buyers.
