For successful Facebook communication, it is necessary to create a Facebook communication strategy. Based on the strategy, it is necessary to prepare a post plan. I have created a post plan that I repeat weekly.
How to create a plan?
Every day I post 5 or 6 Facebook posts. I prepare Facebook posts twice a month, which takes me two times 15 hours. Time-wise:
- 1. Post between 7 and 9 AM
- 2. Post between 9 and 12 PM
- 3. Post between 12 and 3 PM
- 4. Post between 7 and 9 PM
- 5. Post between 9 and 11 PM
Every day I post two sales posts, 2 non-sales posts, and one recipe. Among non-sales posts I count contests, free e-books, jokes, puzzles, thoughts (beautiful, positive, motivational), my own pictures from nature and the garden, my own pictures from the workplace, seasonal pictures, invitations to submit recipes, choosing the product of the week, … Among sales posts I count daily, weekly, monthly promotions, highlighting packages and products from the website. I prioritize those that sell well. It is necessary to be careful not to be oriented towards direct sales, but rather to be more informative. Example:

What to pay attention to when preparing posts
People need to be prompted to communicate or given clear instructions on what they need to do. This means clearly telling them:
- click here for more information
- like, comment, share the picture
- write in the comment what you would choose
- write in the comment which is your favorite (example spice)
- like the picture if you agree
- like the picture if you love (example roasted chestnuts)
- share the picture and participate in the contest
- share the picture and inform friends about this great promotion
