Hard work, patience and endurance. All of these are traits of an entrepreneur with a strong character, who does not complain and does not give up when problems arise. It is very important that an entrepreneur as a leader is trustworthy, because only then will others follow. They must live honestly and fully, as a leader can be good only thanks to respect, a strong character and reliability.
