Pantheon connection: has the order been transferred?

Orders are transferred to Pantheon automatically. The order grid shows which ones have been transferred, when and under which number, and what to do when one gets stuck.

The Pantheon connection transfers orders from your shop to your ERP automatically, so you do not have to retype them. The transfer runs in the background at regular intervals. The technical side (what is transferred, how often, how product and customer codes are linked) was agreed during installation, and we maintain it. This article describes what you see and do yourself.

Where you can see whether an order has been transferred

Sales › Orders

The order grid has three extra columns:

ColumnWhat it means
Pantheon ExportedYes: the order is in Pantheon; No: not yet transferred
Pantheon export datethe date and time of the transfer
Pantheon IDthe document number the order has in Pantheon

If you cannot see the columns, switch them on with the Columns button above the grid and tick all three.

Orders not yet transferred

  1. Above the grid, click Filters, choose No for Pantheon Exported and click Apply Filters.

  2. New orders placed in the last hour are usually listed here; wait for the next transfer.

  3. If an order still shows No after a few hours, open it and check that it has all the details: a billing address, a VAT number for a company, and products with SKUs that exist in Pantheon. For a new product, the most common cause is that you have not yet entered it in Pantheon.

  4. Once you correct the details, the order is transferred automatically with the next transfer. If it is not, send us the order number.

Do not change an order in the shop once it is in Pantheon (items, quantities, address). The change is not transferred, and the documents in the shop and the ERP will no longer match. Make corrections in Pantheon, or write to us.

What is transferred the other way

Depending on what was agreed during installation, stock and prices may be sent back from Pantheon to the shop. In that case, do not correct stock in the shop, because the next transfer overwrites it with the values from Pantheon. Your contract says what applies to you; if you are not sure, ask us.

Common problems

All new orders stay on No

The transfer has stopped. Write to us; the most common cause is a changed password or an outage on the ERP server.

An order is in Pantheon twice

The order was saved in the shop in a way that lost its transfer mark. Delete one of the documents in Pantheon and send us the order number so we can look into the cause.
