DataLab Pantheon integration

What it does.
In development. We do not have this module yet, so it is not for sale today. Below is what it will do. Want it among the first? Write to us and we will let you know when it is ready.
“I retype the orders from the store into Pantheon, which takes time and causes mistakes.” Every manual retype is lost time and a chance for an error.
How it will work
An order arrives in the store and appears in Pantheon by itself as a customer order. Companies are found by tax number, stock and prices come from Pantheon into the store, and a status change in Pantheon comes back onto the order. If something goes wrong, for example Pantheon cannot be reached, you see it in the admin with instructions, and the order is never lost or duplicated.
What the module will do
- Orders into Pantheon. Each order is sent as a customer order, with the store order number in the reference.
- Customers by tax number. Companies are found by tax number; private customers go to a general customer.
- Stock and prices from Pantheon. Brought into the store with protection against bad data, such as a sudden zero stock.
- Status back to the store. A change in Pantheon (confirmed, completed, cancelled) is recorded on the order.
- No monthly subscription. The connection will run in your own store, not as a subscription to an outside system.
Who it will be for
Stores that run their business in DataLab Pantheon and want less manual entry between the store and accounting or the warehouse.
Good to know
- The module is in development, so it cannot be bought. We do not promise a release date.
- If you need it, write to us and tell us how it should work in your store. We take your needs into account while we build it.
- We first test the connection on a real Pantheon. If you use it and would like to be among the first, write to us: we do the first rollout together with you and agree the price after a review.
- There may be extra costs on the Pantheon side (for example the provider’s licence for web access) that are not included in our price.
