Which questions to choose

The best questions are the ones customers really ask by email or phone. For example:

  • How do I choose the right size or model?
  • When will I get my parcel and how much is delivery?
  • Can I return or exchange the product?

Keep each answer short and specific, two or three sentences. If it needs to be longer, add a link to a page that explains it in more detail.

The shop also writes the questions in a format search engines understand (FAQ schema). This helps them understand the page content. Since 2023, Google only shows the expanded results with questions for a few very authoritative sites, so write the questions mainly for your customers.
