FAQ schema for categories
Frequently asked questions below the products in a category, with the markup that lets Google show a rich result. Shoppers get their answer before they buy.

About the module
What it does.
"Customers always ask me the same things: which size, how long is delivery, what about returns." The answers are known, but nobody finds them on the page where the decision is made.
What it looks like in practice
A shopper lands on a category and finds a collapsible list of questions below the products. They open the one they care about and read the answer without leaving the page or writing to you. The same content is marked up as FAQPage, so Google can also show it in search results.
What changes
- Up to 8 questions per category. You enter the questions and answers in the category editor; the pairs that have both a question and an answer are shown.
- Answers to doubts on the page. The customer sees the questions as a collapsible list on the category page, below the products.
- FAQPage structured data. The content is marked up to the schema.org vocabulary (microdata), which lets search engines show rich results.
- Luma and Hyvä. On Luma the list is an accordion; on Hyvä it uses native elements without JavaScript.
- Its own language for each store view. You can enter different questions and answers for each store view.
Who it is for
For stores whose categories attract a lot of repeated questions and that care about visibility in Google. If you want answers on individual products too, look at the Product inquiry form module.
How you set it up
In Catalog › Categories pick a category and enter the questions and answers in the "FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions" section (an editor is available for the answers). The questions show up on the category page automatically; no extra settings are needed.
Good to know
- Whether Google actually shows a rich result is Google's decision; Google has limited it to some kinds of sites.
- It is shown on category pages only, not on product pages.

How to install it.
We deliver the module from our own repository, installed with Composer. We send you the user name and access key for the repository after purchase. If you prefer, we install and set it up for you.
In the root of the Magento 2 store run the commands (replace UPORABNIK and DOSTOPNI_KLJUC with the user name and access key you received):

Where do I get the user name and the access key?
After the purchase we send you the access key by e-mail. Keep it safe: for security it is shown only once and we do not keep it in readable form. The user name (your project code) and all the commands, ready to copy, are in your account under My account > Module licences.
