About the module
What it does.
"The customer has just paid and I can no longer sell them anything else." Once the order is placed it is usually too late for an add-on sale, even though that is when the customer is most willing to buy.
What it looks like in practice
A customer places an order for furniture and lands on the confirmation page. There they see a card: "Add this to your order", a product at a reduced price, a countdown and a button. They click and enter nothing. The add-on becomes an order of its own, linked to the first, shipped together with it at no extra shipping cost, and paid the same way as the first order. With a card payment through Stripe the amount is charged to the same card.
What changes
- One offer, one click. One offer is shown per order: the first active one, by priority, whose conditions fit and whose product is in stock. We never offer the product the customer has just bought.
- You decide who gets what. The product (a simple product without options), a discount in percent or as an amount, how long the offer stands, headline and text. You can tie an offer to any order, to products or categories in the order, to a subtotal range, store views and customer groups.
- Paid like the first order. Bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque and purchase order: the add-on is paid the same way. With a card through the official Stripe module (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) it is charged to the same card and invoiced at once.
- Safe for the customer and for you. Only the browser that placed the order can accept the offer, only once and only while it stands. If a card is declined or the bank wants another confirmation, the customer gets a clear message and nothing is charged.
- Statistics for each offer. The offer list shows how often each offer was shown and accepted, the conversion and the revenue.
Who it is for
For shops whose purchases are naturally followed by another product (accessories, consumables, a small extra), and that want the extra sale without extra work on shipping.
How you set it up
You add offers under Marketing › One-Click Offers › Offers. The on/off switch and the choice of methods paid later are under Stores › Configuration › Magelan › One-Click Offers, where you also find the section for Stripe cards. The card is plain HTML and one script, so it works on the Luma and Hyvä themes.
Good to know
- The module is switched off by default; switch it on in the settings and add at least one offer.
- An offer is shown only when the payment of the first order allows an add-on without entering anything. For PayPal, Braintree and other providers no offer is shown.
- For Stripe cards you need the official Stripe module for Magento 2 (4.x), installed separately, and our add-on package, which is part of this product.
- With Stripe, the card of every checkout payment is saved for later charges, so state in your terms that an accepted add-on is charged to the same card. This applies to payments made after switching on.
- Refund a card add-on in the Stripe dashboard, then record an offline credit memo in Magento.
- The card is drawn on the standard order success page; checkouts with their own success page are not supported automatically.

Installation
How to install it.
We install the module from our repository with Composer. We send you the user name and access key for the repository after purchase. If you prefer, we install it for you.
In the root of the Magento 2 store run the commands (replace UPORABNIK and DOSTOPNI_KLJUC with the user name and access key you received):

In the admin open Stores › Configuration › Magelan › One-Click Offers.
- For Stripe card payments the official Stripe module for Magento 2 (4.x) must already be installed; the Magelan_OneClickUpsellStripe package does not work without it. If you do not use Stripe, install only the first package and leave out the second one in the commands.
- Switch on the offers on the success page and check the list of methods paid later (by default bank transfer, cash on delivery, cheque, purchase order).
- For Stripe switch on the field in the "Stripe Card Payments" section and update your terms.
- Under Marketing › One-Click Offers › Offers add an offer: product SKU, discount, duration, conditions and text.
- Place a test order and check that the card appears and that the add-on is created as a linked order.
Where do I get the user name and the access key?
After the purchase we send you the access key by e-mail. Keep it safe: for security it is shown only once and we do not keep it in readable form. The user name (your project code) and all the commands, ready to copy, are in your account under My account > Module licences.
