Terms and conditions PDF in order e-mails
Customers get your terms and conditions as a PDF attachment in the order e-mail, separately for each store view.

About the module
What it does.
"We have to send the customer our terms and conditions, but we always send them by hand." If the terms do not arrive with the order confirmation, the customer does not have them, and you have no proof that you sent them.
What it looks like in practice
You upload a PDF with the general terms for the Slovenian store view and another for the English one. A customer places an order and finds in the new-order e-mail an attachment with the name you chose, for example "terms-and-conditions.pdf". You do not have to send anything by hand.
What changes
- A PDF in every confirmation. The e-mails you select (new order, new order for guests, new invoice, new invoice for guests) get the PDF as an attachment.
- A separate file for each store view. For each language you upload your own PDF and attachment name.
- You choose where it is attached. A list lets you choose which e-mails get the terms.
- The order is safe. If the file is missing or damaged, the order e-mail is still sent, just without the attachment.
Who it is for
For every web shop that wants customers to receive the terms and conditions together with the order confirmation, especially in several languages.
How you set it up
The settings are in the admin under Stores › Configuration › Magelan › Terms PDF Attachment. You upload the PDF for each store view separately, so each language can have its own terms.
Good to know
- The module is switched off by default; switch it on and upload the PDF in the settings.
- The file must be a PDF; upload it separately for each store view.
- It is attached only to the e-mails you select (order, invoice, each also for guests); it does not change other e-mails.
- The module does not create the PDF or check its content; you upload a file you prepare yourself.
- Check after installation: open an order and click "Send Email".

Installation
How to install it.
We install the module from our repository with Composer. We send you the user name and access key for the repository after purchase. If you prefer, we install it for you.
In the root of the Magento 2 store run the commands (replace UPORABNIK and DOSTOPNI_KLJUC with the user name and access key you received):

In the admin open Stores › Configuration › Magelan › Terms PDF Attachment and choose the store view at the top left.
- Set Attach Terms PDF to Emails to Yes.
- Under Terms PDF upload the PDF and enter an Attachment File Name (for example terms-and-conditions.pdf).
- Under Attach To choose the e-mails (New Order, New Order (Guest), New Invoice, New Invoice (Guest)).
- Save, repeat for the other store views and check with the Send Email button on an order.
Where do I get the user name and the access key?
After the purchase we send you the access key by e-mail. Keep it safe: for security it is shown only once and we do not keep it in readable form. The user name (your project code) and all the commands, ready to copy, are in your account under My account > Module licences.
