• How to use

  Copy the contents of the zip file to the App/Code/Magelan directory, then execute the following commands via the console:

  php bin/magento module:enable Magelan_AddToCartByUrl
  php bin/magento setup:upgrade
  php bin/magento setup:di:compile
  php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
  php bin/magento cache:clean

  Description of URL Parameters:

  • sku: SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the product you want to add to the shopping cart.
  • qty: Quantity of the product to be added to the shopping cart. This parameter is optional; if not provided, it defaults to 1.
  • coupon: Discount code that can be applied when adding the product to the shopping cart. This parameter is also optional.

  Instructions for Generating the URL:

  1. Specify the Product SKU: First, you need to specify the SKU of the product you want to add to the shopping cart. Each product in your store has a unique SKU.

  2. Select Quantity (optional): If you want to specify the quantity of the product, include it in the URL. If not, it will default to 1.

  3. Enter the Discount Code (optional): If you want to use a discount code, include it in the URL. If not, this parameter is optional.

  4. Compose the URL: Assemble the URL by combining all the parameters. For example, if you want to add a product with SKU "A034," a quantity of 5, and a discount code "test," your URL would be as follows:

  5. Check the Validity of the URL: Verify that your URL is correct and that the parameters are properly formatted.
