Austrian Post labels
Print Austrian Post labels for several orders at once, straight from the order list. One PDF instead of order after order.

About the module
What it does.
“I have to prepare a label separately for every parcel to Austria again.” When you ship across the border regularly, it quickly turns into a daily chore.
What it looks like in practice
In the morning you mark all the orders for Austria in the order list, choose the action that prints Post AT labels and get one PDF with every label. Print, stick, and the parcels are ready. You do not retype your sender address each time, because it is saved in the settings.
What changes
- Bulk printing. In the order grid you select several orders and run the action that prints Post AT labels.
- One PDF for several orders. The labels of the selected orders come as a single file instead of opening each order in turn.
- Service and format your way. You set the postal service, the size and format of the label and the layout on the paper.
- Sender address once. You enter your company address just once in the settings.
Who it is for
Stores that ship to Austria regularly with Austrian Post and have a contract with them.
How you set it up
The settings are in Stores › Configuration › Magelan › Post AT order print: the connection details (client ID, organisation unit ID and GUID), the postal product code, the sender address and the print settings. We can enter the connection and the settings for you.
Good to know
- You need a contract with Austrian Post and access to their label service; some services require a valid contract.
- The module prepares labels; it does not add a new shipping method at checkout.
- The server needs the PHP SOAP extension.

Installation
How to install it.
You get the module from our private Composer repository; we send you the user name and access key after purchase. We can install it for you, or whoever looks after your store can run these commands in the root of the Magento 2 store (replace UPORABNIK and DOSTOPNI_KLJUC with the user name and access key you received):

After the purchase we send you the access key by e-mail. Keep it safe: for security it is shown only once and we do not keep it in readable form. The user name (your project code) and all the commands, ready to copy, are in your account under My account > Module licences.
