Pošta Slovenije labels and parcel lockers
Pošta Slovenije delivery right in the checkout (home, post office, parcel locker, Direct4me) and eSpremnica labels for several orders at once from the admin.

About the module
What it does.
"I have to retype every parcel into the Post's portal and prepare the label by hand." With several orders a day that eats a lot of time, and mistakes are almost guaranteed.
What it looks like in practice
At checkout a customer chooses delivery to a parcel locker, searches for the nearest one or picks it on a map sorted by distance. The order arrives in the admin. In the order grid you select several orders and print eSpremnica labels with a single action, including the cash-on-delivery amount where it applies. On the order you see the submitted parcels; you can reprint a label or cancel the parcel with the Post.
What changes
- Delivery right in the checkout. Five methods: home delivery, post office, parcel locker, partner collection point and Direct4me; each has its own name, price, price by weight and sort order.
- The customer picks the pickup point. By search or on a map, sorted by distance; the list of points refreshes every night.
- Labels for several orders at once. Print eSpremnica labels in bulk, including cash on delivery.
- Parcel overview on the order. You see the submitted parcels on the order, reprint the label or cancel the parcel with the Post.
Who it is for
For Slovenian stores that ship with Pošta Slovenije and have a contract with it. If you accept cash on delivery, printing labels in bulk with the cash-on-delivery amount is especially useful.
How you set it up
Set delivery methods and prices under Stores › Configuration › Sales › Delivery Methods › Posta Slovenije. Print the labels with the bulk action "Posta Slovenije: Print Labels" in the order grid (Sales › Orders).
Good to know
- You need a contract with Pošta Slovenije (access to the PUDO pickup-point service and to eSpremnica).
- It works with the standard Magento checkout and with FireCheckout; Hyvä Checkout is not supported.
- By default the delivery methods are enabled for Slovenia only; orders created in the admin can only use home delivery.
- The Magento cron must be running to refresh the pickup point list.

How to install it.
We deliver the module from our own repository, installed with Composer. We send you the user name and access key for the repository after purchase. If you prefer, we install and set it up for you.
In the root of the Magento 2 store run the commands (replace UPORABNIK and DOSTOPNI_KLJUC with the user name and access key you received):

Where do I get the user name and the access key?
After the purchase we send you the access key by e-mail. Keep it safe: for security it is shown only once and we do not keep it in readable form. The user name (your project code) and all the commands, ready to copy, are in your account under My account > Module licences.

- The customer e-mail with the tracking number is sent once per shipment, after the whole label run. An order with several parcels gets one e-mail with all numbers.
- The setting for this e-mail is now available per store view and is read for each order's store.

- Handed-over parcels are recorded, and the order view offers printing the label again and cancelling the parcel at Pošta Slovenije. After a cancel the order can be handed over again.
- MojPaket Maxi: parcels heavier than the set limit (default 31.5 kg) go as a heavy parcel, decided per parcel.
- Printing labels twice for the same order no longer hands it over twice.
- Automatic download choice no longer picks the merged PDF when a needed library is missing, and returns a ZIP instead.
- Fix for stores without Magento MSI: creating the shipment no longer fails after the parcel was handed over, so the label is no longer missing.
- A failed shipment step no longer saves a half-shipped order.
- All parcels of a multi-parcel order go on one shipment.

Does the export work for other delivery services too?
Unfortunately the export only works for Pošta Slovenije, because the document structure is tailored to the needs of that delivery service.
We would like to change the export. Can we do it ourselves?
If you know how to program, you can change the export yourself. Otherwise you can write to our support ([email protected]) and we can adapt the export for you. Support for additional customisations is chargeable.
How can I see only the orders that are being shipped and export them?
In the order list it is best to filter the orders by order status, so that you only get the list of orders you want.
