About the module

What it does.

"Every wholesale partner has their own agreed price, but Magento only knows prices by group." Without per-customer prices you end up creating a group for every partner or sending quotes by e-mail.

What it looks like in practice

You agreed 15 % off a whole category for partner A and a fixed price on three products for partner B. In the admin you set each one's rule, and a bigger price list you prepare in a spreadsheet and upload as a CSV. When the partner logs in, they see their own prices.

What changes

A fixed price or a discount. Set a price or a discount, in percent or as an amount, for an individual customer.
By product or category. A rule applies to chosen products or to a whole category.
Import and export via CSV. Prepare larger price lists in a spreadsheet and upload them in one go.
An API for automation. You can also manage the prices from another system.

Who it is for

For B2B stores with agreed prices for individual partners. The Discount ladder display module complements it nicely.

How you set it up

Prices are tied to the individual customer, and the standard customer-group prices, which we set up as usual, stay in force alongside them. Installation, translation, setup and adaptation for your store are included in the installation price: you tell us what your price list looks like, we handle the tech.

Good to know

The licence is included in the price. Ongoing monthly maintenance and later free upgrades of the module are not included.
We prepare the solution for your store; we agree the scope after reviewing the request.

How to install it.

We install, translate and set up the customer-specific pricing ourselves. We need access to the store for the installation; we agree the details after reviewing the request.

Setup

During installation we decide together which customers and products the customer-specific prices cover.
The existing customer-group prices stay unchanged; larger price lists are uploaded via CSV.

Companies, their users (roles, administrator, limits), the company customer group, invitations and the shared order history now live in the new Magelan Company module, which this module requires. You still assign price lists to companies.
Existing companies are carried over automatically on upgrade, and the old tables stay until you delete them yourself.
A company can no longer be left without an administrator: the last one cannot be removed.

Saved import templates: save the column mapping and pick it on the first step next time.
Settings for unusual files: separator, decimal mark, Excel sheet and header row.

My account, My prices: download a CSV with the same rows as the page.
The customer grid has Price lists and Company columns and a mass action to assign a price list.
Watched folder: files dropped into it are imported every five minutes, then moved to done or failed, with a report.

A bug that repeats on a clean Magento with the Luma theme we fix free of charge. Settings, customisations and other themes by time spent.

Updates

The licence includes updates for the Magento versions on the supported list.

We agree on a date after reviewing the request. User guides in the guide centre
