We have updated our support system again to ensure quality and reliable assistance when you need it most.
All of you who have a website are aware of how small changes can affect the traffic to your site and consequently the number of purchases. Some changes you can make yourself, but for others, you need more technical knowledge and experience.
Security and reliability of online shopping are always a priority. Recently, there have been increasing security risks focusing on the Magento platform. We understand that the confidentiality of information and the sense of security are of utmost importance when shopping from the comfort of your home.
We are here to help you! Check our support at podpora@degriz.net!
P.S.: If you are interested in how the security of your store is ensured, write to us at anze@degriz.net and we can conduct a free quick security check of your store.
Ensure regular maintenance of your Magento store

Support works by clients sending an email to podpora@degriz.net and when the request comes up, a Magento expert takes over. The time starts being recorded when work begins, which is then added to the client's account. Clients have regular access to the time spent via the website. If the work is extensive, we inform the client of the estimated work beforehand.
We never charge more hours than agreed and estimated based on the request. All work is billed to the minute accurately. This way, you know exactly when and for how much money the service will be completed. We always strive to address all requests as soon as possible.
For new clients, we recommend starting with two hours of work, which can check the entire state of the store and make appropriate corrections for better performance. This way, you get a better insight into the work and condition of the store.
For urgent matters, write "urgent" in the subject, and they will be prioritized; otherwise, it may take a few days or hours to resolve, depending on the workload.
Why ensure regular support?

In the past week, we have noticed a significant number of intrusions and store abuses, mostly related to Magento security vulnerabilities. For more information, read on the official Magento site.
The most common methods of abuse:
- through security vulnerabilities, installing additional modules for file editing (in most cases, this leads to store malfunction)
- inserting malicious code on pages to steal user data (Google blocks the site until the code is removed, and prolonged periods result in long-term blocking and exclusion from search results)
- encrypting the entire store for extortion purposes
Unfortunately, these are just the latest common methods of abuse, so we recommend maintaining an updated system, backing up all files, and regularly changing access data.
