1. Statistics

Choose the campaign and the period. At the top are impressions, sign-ups, confirmed sign-ups (double opt-in), codes applied to a cart, orders with a code and the revenue of those orders. The funnel shows where visitors drop off, and the chart shows sign-ups and revenue per day. Cancelled orders are left out.

Statistics: funnel, days, devices and triggers.

The tables by device and by trigger show where the pop-up works best, for example whether exit intent or time on the page brings more sign-ups. The trigger is recorded with every impression.

2. The sign-ups list

The list shows the date, e-mail address, store view, code, validity, status (unused, in the cart, used, waits for confirmation), order and newsletter subscription.

The sign-ups list with the status of every code.
  • Send the code issues the code of a sign-up that waits for the newsletter confirmation and sends it at once, for example when a shopper says the confirmation never arrived.
  • Export CSV exports the sign-ups for your e-mail tool.
  • Anonymise selected removes the personal data of the selected sign-ups, for example at a shopper's request.
E-mail addresses are masked for admin users without the Sign-ups: Full Emails and Export permission. Consents (time and exact wording) are kept with each sign-up, and personal data is anonymised after the retention period of the campaign.
