Product questions & answers
Customers ask a question right on the product page, you answer from the admin, and you publish the answers for everyone if you wish.

About the module
What it does.
"Customers send me the same question by e-mail and phone, and the product page has no answer." Every unanswered doubt is a purchase that does not happen.
What it looks like in practice
A shopper is not sure whether a product will suit them and fills in a short form on the product page: name, e-mail, phone and a question. They get a confirmation by e-mail, and you find the question in a list in the admin. You answer, the shopper receives the answer by e-mail, and you can mark it for display. The next visitor then sees it above the form, and you do not have to answer it again.
What changes
- A form on the product page. The customer enters their name, e-mail, phone and a question.
- Answer from the admin. You send the answer to the customer by e-mail and manage the questions in a list.
- Public answers. Answered questions that you mark for display show above the form and build trust.
- E-mail. The customer gets a confirmation, and you can get a copy of the question as well.
Who it is for
For stores whose products raise questions: technical goods, equipment, products with many variants. It also helps stores that want more content on their product pages.
How you set it up
You manage questions under Marketing › Product Question › Questions; settings (display on, sender, number of questions shown) are under Stores › Configuration › Magelan › Product question.
Good to know
- The form and the list appear only after you switch on 'Question Display' in the settings; it is off by default.
- Each question is shown publicly only after you mark it for display.
- This module is the same code as the product inquiry module; you only need to buy it once.

How to install it.
We deliver the module from our own repository, installed with Composer. We send you the user name and access key for the repository after purchase. If you prefer, we install and set it up for you.
In the root of the Magento 2 store run the commands (replace UPORABNIK and DOSTOPNI_KLJUC with the user name and access key you received):

Where do I get the user name and the access key?
After the purchase we send you the access key by e-mail. Keep it safe: for security it is shown only once and we do not keep it in readable form. The user name (your project code) and all the commands, ready to copy, are in your account under My account > Module licences.
