Affiliate program: approving a partner, groups and coupon

A customer with an account applies on the page your-shop/affiliate and chooses the code of their link. You decide whether they become a partner.

1. Open Marketing › Affiliate program › Partners. Applications are in the state "Pending approval".
2. Open the partner. Under Group choose a group (the commission rate is under Commission groups).
3. Click Approve. The partner gets an e-mail with the link and a personal code.
4. To decline, click Reject and enter a reason. The partner gets it by e-mail and sees it in the account. They can apply again after the number of days you set (30 by default).

Special commission and rules

Under Override the group's commission set a different percentage or fixed amount for one partner. Under Commission rules add a rule for a category (enter the category ID) or a product (enter the SKU). The narrowest rule wins: product, category, partner, group.

Pausing

Pause stops attributing new orders; commissions that are already confirmed stay with the partner.

Crediting an order by hand

On the order view, in the block Partner, give the order to another partner or remove the partner while the commission is not confirmed. Later corrections are a Manual adjustment under Commissions.
