Customers are bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order).
All copyrights for products published in the online store are owned by Degriz d.o.o., (hereinafter Degriz) and are protected by law. If a user possesses and uses a module with an invalid license or under invalid conditions, the infringement will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable law. The company reserves the right to prohibit the use of any product if it detects a violation of licensing conditions.
Distribution and use of the source code of the product in whole or in part is prohibited.
The module license is for one (1) Magento installation and is linked to the registered domain. A Magento installation may have multiple store views or domains configured.
Purchased products, documentation, and other copyrighted materials must not be given, sold, or loaned to third parties. Distribution of copyrighted material through any media is prohibited.
Degriz is not responsible for any damage arising from the use of any product.
The company is not liable for prosecution arising from the use of the product under the law or any illegal use.
Failure to comply with and act according to these terms of business constitutes a breach of agreement and consequently a revocation of the permission to use the product. The company reserves the right to revoke the license.
Upgrades and Support
We provide technical support for the installation of our modules and software solutions. The customer should send an email to podpora@degriz.net.
Limitation of Liability
Degriz offers online solutions and modules in its online store. Modules are tested to work on original versions and settings of platforms; in the case of unsupported/non-working modules due to non-original templates or other applications used on the platforms, a refund is not possible. Degriz may change all content at any time without notifying users and is not responsible for the consequences of such changes. Degriz will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, economic, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of information and products, even if there was a possibility of such damage.
Installation and Configuration
For each product, we also offer installation and configuration services performed by an experienced Magento developer. When purchasing installation and configuration, it applies only once and not for each module upgrade installation.
Technical Support and Assistance
The company's working hours are every business day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Technical support and service implementation are chargeable according to the price list. Technical support outside business hours is charged according to the official price list. In the case of purchasing a product without installation, if an error occurs during self-installation and the product does not work correctly, technical assistance will be charged according to the price list, with a minimum of one hour. When purchasing installation and configuration services, the warranty period for the performed service and product functionality is 7 working days. This means that the customer can report any issues with the operation or incorrect (unagreed) product settings within 7 working days. If an error occurs after the 7 working days period, technical support will be charged according to the official price list. The company is not responsible for any subsequent non-functioning of the product after the testing and confirmation of the service, as errors may occur due to incorrect use, interference with product settings and code, changes made to the website or server where it is hosted, and other various factors that may affect the correct operation of the product.
For the time purchase of maintenance hours or support via email podpora@degriz.net or the page www.degriz.net/podpora, no complaints about the used time are possible. The time interval for fixing sent corrections, upgrades, implementations is charged, not the service that was managed during this time. If you are not satisfied with our work, you can send an email to anze@degriz.net within seven days of the completed work with the ticket name and a description of the problem. Any changes made by the contractor must be verified and tested by the website owner or client. Any non-functionality or error must be reported to the contractor (i.e., Degriz d.o.o.) within five days after the work is completed.
Product Use
Each product published in the online store may be used only once, on one URL address (one domain), unless explicitly stated otherwise or if multiple web stores or languages are configured on one Magento installation, each using its own domain. The product can be transferred to a new URL address only if the old one ceases to function. In this case, the customer must notify the company in writing about the desire to transfer the license to a new URL address, and the company will decide based on the provided explanation whether the license can be transferred or not. All products contain a license that the company checks on the user's server. In case of license theft, unauthorized copying of the product to another store, or reuse of the product on another URL address, the company will prosecute the infringer.
Information Availability
Degriz is committed to providing the customer with the following information at all times:
a) the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration and tax number),
b) contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and effectively (email, phone),
c) essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
d) availability of products (each product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
e) conditions of product delivery (method, place, and time of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated, and it must be visible whether they include taxes and shipping costs,
g) payment and delivery methods,
h) validity of the offer,
i) the deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, whether and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
j) explanation of the complaint procedure, including all contact information or customer service details.
Offer of Items and Prices
Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the Degriz online store are updated and changed frequently. All prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order submission and do not have a predetermined validity.
Order and Prices
The sales contract between Degriz d.o.o. (hereinafter Degriz) and the customer in the Degriz online store is concluded at the moment when Degriz sends the first email to the customer confirming their order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Degriz and the customer.
The sales contract (i.e., the first email regarding the order status) is stored electronically at Degriz’s address and is accessible to the customer at any time upon request. The purchase contract will be stored in electronic form at Degriz’s headquarters and will be accessible to the customer at any time upon request.
Purchasing Process and Cancellation of Orders
The customer can review and confirm or cancel the order before placing it. The final order confirmation is made by sending an email to the customer, and no further changes to the order can be made afterward.
Return of Products
The customer has the right to return a product purchased from the Degriz online store. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer must inform Degriz of their decision to return the product by email or postal mail.
Complaint Procedure
The customer must report any product deficiencies or complaints within 8 days after discovering the defect or problem. The company will consider each complaint and make necessary corrections or replacements.
Liability and Damages
Degriz is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use or installation of the products, or for any consequential damages. The company is also not liable for any inaccuracies or errors on the website.
Personal Data Protection
Degriz is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Personal data collected during the ordering process will be used solely for processing orders and communication with customers. Customers have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All legal disputes arising from the use of the Degriz online store and these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court for resolving such disputes will be in Celje.
