Below is an example of a Facebook post with an image and recipe with which I wanted to gather as many likes, comments, and shares as possible. The post was published on Sunday at 1 PM, when the Facebook page Healthy Nutrition and Recipes had approximately 48,000 likes.

3 reasons why this Facebook post had such a good response:
1. The image! One that you simply cannot overlook, without text on the image and of the right size (max 500 x 500 px). It was published during the zucchini season – it is very important to post images that are current at the given time. So, for example, not posting strawberries in August that grow in June. This applies to every business – in summer, we do not post winter clothes, winter tires, ski packages, autumn colors, etc. From experience, I can say that posts where the image is not professional tend to perform better than those with a professional image.
2. Timing! The hottest time to post a lunch recipe is, of course, before lunch – between 11 AM and 1 PM. This one was posted on Sunday at 1 PM.
3. The text! Recipes – always have a very good response. Of course, they should not be too complicated or too long, as that turns people away. Instead of a recipe, we can also post some advice related to the field we work in. The advice must be such that it is useful to people in everyday life.
Certainly, for a good and viral free Facebook post, the number of likes that the page we are posting to has is also important.
