Picasso said that good artists copy, great artists steal. We have never been afraid to steal the best ideas.

The greatest sophistication is in simplicity.
Pretend to have complete control over something, and they will believe you really do.
You should not start a company with the goal of getting rich. The goal must be to do something you believe in and create a company that will thrive.
Apple's marketing philosophy:
- Empathy, a deep connection with the customer's feelings: we will truly understand their needs better than any other company.
- Focus:
to do well what we decide, we must remove all unimportant opportunities.
- Impression: people judge a book by its cover, even though the belief is otherwise. We can have the best product, the highest quality, the most useful software,... but if we present all this superficially, the products will also look superficial; if we present them in a creative, professional way, we will impress them with the desired forms.
