
Sales – Strategies of the Future is a book written by Silvester Kmetič and Werner Katzengruber.
I decided to purchase the book because I saw a post on Instagram from a colleague who helped co-create the book. I admit that I didn't have very high expectations, but I was positively surprised by the content and the usefulness of the information.
The authors wrote the book based on ten years of personal experience and observations of entrepreneurs in sales, negotiations, so there are also many practical examples included, which I particularly like.
The book discusses sales with a focus on negotiations. I liked it because I'm currently in a phase where I'm learning about negotiations :) It talks about misconceptions in negotiations, negotiation techniques, planning and preparation for negotiations, negotiation strategies, and the psychology of negotiations.
Throughout the book, the authors describe various models and strategies that have proven successful in sales and negotiations. I like it because the book is easy to understand, but you have to be quite focused while reading because it contains a lot of important information and techniques, so it can be a bit exhausting.
I recommend the book: to all salespeople, negotiators, and entrepreneurs :)
